Generally the most asked question by ladies especially after an age of 25 is, how to lose extra weight and thickness and to find a slim figure would be a dream comes true.

Today we will discuss some very easy steps to be followed which can help us to find the teenager look once again. The complete program can be divided in some specific title. For this, we would also need to add and remove some ingredient from our diet.
1. First minimise the use of sugar and starch in your diet:-
The most important steps should be taken on the travel of reducing weight is , to reduce the consumption of sugar and starch (carbohydrate). By doing this, we can reduce the level of hunger and it also reduces the calori we consume. Now our body starts using the collected fat beneath our skin. Another benefit of reducing carbohydrate consumption is that, it reduces the level of insulin and hence our kidney remove extra sodium and water from our body. it reduces blotting and unnecessary water and hence reduces our weight.

2. Increase the consumption of protein rich food and vegetables:-
By increasing the consumption of vegetables we can reduce the hunger and also fullfil the requirement of micro nutrient and as vegetables are rich in fibre, it help to clean the intestine and increase the stomach health by increasing the metabolism of our body.
Increasing metabolism help to melt extra fat beneath the skin. Increased consumption of protein support our body by providing strength to our muscles and balance the decreased consumption of carbohydrate by prevention of weakness in our body. Important resources of protein are meat, chicken, pork, fish, beans, pulses, eggs and soya bean and milk products.

Addition of high protein diet reduces the tendency of consuming junk foods by 60%. As far as vegetables are concerned, we can add following products in our diet.
1. Vegetables with less carbohydrate
2. broccoli
3.cauliflower
4. cabbage
5. tomato
6.sprouts
7. Salad
8. Cucumber

Generally vegetables and meat are rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals which are necessary for our health.
# Things to be avoided as food which are rich in starch and fat like olive oil butter and ghee.
3. Exercise is also very important:-

To reduce extra fat, we have to start exercises on regular basis. But we should choose the exercises very carefully. Workouts can include jogging, walking fast , running or weight training. Within all of them, weight training is more convenient; as it does not need to do everyday, but at an interval of 1to2 days. We can also opt for weight training thrice a week.
First do some warm up and then start weight training with appropriate weight in the guidance of a gym trainer.

In weight training, we spend lots of calorie which bring our body in shape. Also it increases our muscles beautifully and give us strength too.
If you don't like weight training, you can opt for cardio workout like walking, running, cycling or swimming.
4. Follow the diet chart as given:-
1. Start Your day with two glass warm water containing one spoon full of pure honey and two teaspoon full of lemon juice.

2. If possible, avoid the tea made of milk, in stead, consume lemon tea, as tea is a natural fat destroyer but it loses its property with milk .
3. Have a breakfast of a bowl of barley daliya made in milk or if you like, you can make salty daliya. It is a very healthy fiber reached breakfast having less fat.

4. In lunch, take two chapati made of multi grain floor, with greenish vegetables and a bowl of pulse without ghee . Also include a plate of salad like cucumber, onion, green chilli, garnished with mint leaf or lemon juice.

5. In evening, if feeling hungry, you can eat a plate full of fruit or better a ball of sprout with a cup of lemon tea.

6. In dinner, eat a bowl of light khichdi.
7. Drink plenty of water in whole day but avoid drinking lot of water at night .

8. Don't use food supplements or protein supplements in either way .
