Our body is just like a machine which needs fuel as well as care for all components of it.

2. Proteins : Next important nutrients for our body is protein. Important foods which are enriched in protein are pulses, eggs, meat, green vegetables, milk and fishes.
Foods rich in minerals are milk, vegetables, sea foods, fruits and nuts.
